Haven't used Bullseye in 9mm myself, but my Lyman manual says to use 3.4 to 3.9 grains under a 147gr. The 147 grain, 3.3 load, that was 1 hole, and perhaps, the most accurate load of any powder tested. Probably a bit too fast to work well. Great projectile. Start with Blue Dot instead, way better choice to learn reloading 9MM.

My 147gr Montana Gold CMJ are loaded at 1.145 I think, have to measure for exact number. 147gr RN get loaded to 1.150" around here.. Take a look at the cases compared to other powders..
