A projekt bemutatása

A projekt megvalósításával az Önkormányzat folytatja a befektetők vonzására irányuló, ezidáig kiemelkedően eredményes tevékenységét. A projekt átfogó célja, hogy újabb közvetlen tőkebefektetések számára hozzon létre eladható vagy bérbe adható telkeket az Ipari Park területén, emellett biztosítsa a későbbi bővítés lehetőségét, valamint, hogy az újonnan kialakított telkek megközelíthetőségét új, a 32-es útról elérhető bekötőútról biztosítsa, ezzel az Ipari Parkot kifejezetten nagy szállításigényű – akár kifejezetten logisztikai profilú - vállalkozások számára is kedvező helyszínként pozicionálja.
A projekt közvetlen célja, hogy létrejöjjön a 32. számú főútról az Ipari Park új, a jelenlegi megközelítési útvonaltól független megközelítésének lehetősége. A projekt ezt a célt az ún. Sóstó dűlő és az Ipari Park belső útjának fejlesztésével éri el.

Projekt azonosítószáma: TOP-1.1.1-15-JN1-2016-00008

Projekt időtartama: 2017. augusztus 1-vel kezdődik a projekt, melynek fizikai megvalósítása 2018. november 30-ra elkészül, az elszámolás és projektzárás pedig 2019. február 28-ig lezárul.

A tervezett útfejlesztések eredményeként lehetővé válik összesen 60 ha terület két további ütemben történő feltárása, az Ipari Park betelepülői általi későbbi hasznosítása. Emellett további, a ThyssenKrupp Presta Kft. jelenleg épülő üzemcsarnokainak is helyet adó 30 ha terület megközelítése válik egyszerűbbé és biztonságosabbá, azzal, hogy a ThyssenKrupp és beszállítói által generált forgalom nem a jelenleg már túlterhelt belső úthálózatot és annak a Szabadság úti – Samsung forgalma által is terhelt – csomópontját terheli, hanem az új úton bonyolódhat.

Műszaki tartalma összesen mintegy 2100 m “E” forgalmi terhelési osztályba tartozó (11,5 t teherbírású) útpálya megépítése. Ennek egyik eleme az ún. Sóstó dűlő 32-es főút és az ún „TK bekötő út” közötti szakasza, kb. 900 m hosszban, másik eleme pedig a „TK feltáró út” a Sóstó dűlő és az Ipari park között, kb. 1200 m hosszban. Az utak 2 sávos kialakításúak, 3,0-3,0 méteres forgalmi sávval, mindkét oldalon 1,5-1,5 méter széles padkával. Jelentősebb műtárgy építése nem szükséges. A létesítendő út Sóstó-dűlő szakasza meglevő útalapon készül el, a „TK feltáró” út jelenleg földút. A Sóstó dűlő - “TK feltáró út” úti csomópontja egyszerű csatlakozásként kerül megtervezésre.

A projektet 100%-ban az Európai Unió finanszírozza.
